Charlotte’s wedding was held at the beautiful Hobbs Building in the down town Kansas City area. Her colors were in soft whites and Grays with silver accents. A custom built arbor was created by the groom, Jeremiah and was filled will fluffy clouds of babies breath, queen annes lace and greenry. Her bouquets and centerpieces we’re filled will roses, mums, hydrangeas, stock, lambs ear and other flowers in white and grays. We had the privilege of working with an amazing first class group of vendors. Andrea with Classic Cakes , Laura with Lark Photos, Mike Varel Wedding films and feasts of fancy.
What a wonderful day! Congratulations Charlotte and Jeremiah
Anna’s Wedding was held at First Kansas City Church of the Nazarene and her reception was at the Overland Park Convention Center. Her colors were blue, gray, and white. We had so much fun incorporating birch into this design. We used her collection of mason jars and birch pots to accent the center. Since wood was a theme we also added to the grooms bout and brides bouquet sola wood blossoms for added texture. So much fun!! Photos by Documentary Weddings & Portraits » RJSTILLS
Thank you Anna and Kyle for letting us be apart of your special day.
Helping to design this beautiful Country Inspired Shoot was so inspiring. Filled with horses, fields of golden grasses and a river bank table over flowing with treats and sweets. This shoot was peachy and soft with ombre cakes and lush garden roses, wild flowers, fruit and herbs. It was also published in

We Love Elopements and had the privilege to help with one in Arizona. No, we did not get to go, but our designs did. Our wonderful friend and photographer .alealovely was asked to shoot a surprise elopement and asked us to help. We had so much fun and it is wonderful to see the new small intimate quick wedding with guests driving in and standing up at a camp site to later have a small reception with hand made bowls and plates. What a view. To see more of this concept and her work check out the publishing on http://www.stylemepretty.com/2012/03/27/phoenix-elopement-by-alea-lovely/. Alea and her husband also did the heartfelt video. Be sure to grab a tissue be for viewing it.
Thanks to the happy couple.
We had the privilege of working with Alea Lovely, again as well as many new vendors. We went to on a beautiful November day to Longview Mansion. Alea has mastered the art of photography and film. There is no tweaking photos here. The results are what you get and truly breath taking. It has been so much fun working with her and we are looking forward to more of her brilliance. It’s no surprise that one of my favorite photographer/videographer and friend is Alea Lovely http://www.alealovely.com/. So when she came to me with an idea for an inspirational first Anniversary photo shoot, shot with basic film and not a digital camera to go back to the true talent of capturing the right light, angles and several new techniques that she was mastering. I jumped at the opportunity to help create her vision. The results are WOW! Here are some of the amazing shots. Also Featured on Weddingchicks.com.
